Also from Southern Oregon this past week is Brandborg’s 2003 Gewurztraminer, a rich, spicy white - $15.99. We also just received the new 2003 Beaux Freres Pinot Noir which received a 95 pts from Wine Spectator and a collectable - $75, and the Beaux Freres 2003 Upper Terrace Pinot Noir - $75 and 2003 Belles Soeurs Pinot Noir - $55. The 2003 pinot’s produced by Mike Etzel of Beaux Freres are outstanding and will cellar well!
Fran’s chocolate arrived at the Cellar on 10th and is already a huge hit! Fran’s chocolate is made in the European tradition, all made with between 43-70% Cocoa. We have a variety of their chocolate bars, dark chocolate truffles, dark bittersweet thins, and dark chocolate almond trio, which are a perfect pairing to a Northwest Cabernet and Merlot!

We will be pouring their newly released whites – Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris, in addition to their outstanding Pinot Noir’s. We look forward to seeing you Saturday from 1-4pm with Anglena from Willakenzie winery.
Our featured wine of the week:
Our featured wine of the week is the 2004 Patricia Green Cellars Sauvignon Blanc. Bright, citrus fruit is handsomely underscored with notes of herbs and grass. This is flat-out classy winemaking, with food friendly acids and the wine’s citrus/melon fruit playing well against the herbaceous finish. A real gem and by far Patty’s best Blanc she has produced! - $18.50 (while it lasts).
